There is no more potent antidote to the modern world increasingly busy lives than time spent around the dinner table with one´s family and friends, enjoying the reassuring sounds of laughter and conversation. When you begin with great recipes, ingredients and the enthusiasm of an artisan, there will be a lot more memorable meals served.

Nona´s All Natural Deviled Eggs (Serves 24)
Ingredients

12 hard-boiled eggs
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 to 5 tablespoons mayonaise
2 tablespoons Nona´s All Natural Capers (soaked and drained)
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 small package of Lox (cut into small pieces) or 1 can of salmon (drained and chopped)
(left over baked, broiled or grilled salmon works well too)

1. Halve eggs; scoop yolks into a small bowl. Mash well; add mustard and mayonaise, adding more mayonaise until smooth and moist.

2. Stir in Nona´s All Natural Capers and pepper.

3. Gently fold in lox or salmon until coated with mayonaise mixture.

4. Using a teaspoon or pastry bag, fill scooped egg halves. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with parsley.

Nona´s All Natural Hummus
Ingredients

4-5 garlic cloves roasted and then mashed
1 jar of Nona´s Organic Chickpeas (reserve 2 tablespoons of liquid)
1 jar of Nona´s Organic Cannelini Beans (reserve 2 tablespoons of liquid)
1/4 cup Nona´s Organic Infused Paprika Olive Oil
4 oz. of tahini
2 lemon or limes (zest only)
1/2 teaspoon salt

In a food processor, combine the mashed garlic, Nona´s Organic Chickpeas with reserved liquid, Nona´s Organic Cannelini Beans with reserved liquid and Nona´s Organic Infused Paprika Olive Oil. Process until smooth.
Add tahini, lemon or lime zest and salt. Process just until combined. Add salt as desired.

Garnish with chopped parsley or a dash of paprika.
